About Us

We specialise in providing tailored solutions for passive fire protection systems, specifically for existing buildings. Our commitment is to comply with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (FSO 2005) and the rigorous standards of Approved Document B in building regulations. Recognising the complexity involved, we work closely with our clients, fostering understanding and ensuring compliance with minimal disruption. Our personalised services are designed to meet the unique needs of your employees, properties, and clients, drawing upon the expertise and dedication of our team.

We have over 75 years combined management experience within the industry, ensuring our array of services that include thorough inspections, compartmentation surveys, repairs, and the installation of 3rd party certified passive fire protection systems, meet the demanding requirements of today’s market. This encompasses penetration seal systems, structural steel boarding, and cavity barriers, among other solutions.

PFP Defined holds third-party certification via the UKAS-accredited Kiwa IFCC certification scheme. Our installation works are accompanied by certificates of conformity issued through the Kiwa IFCC scheme.
